I'm a long time, very satisfied USTech customer. They have always done a very good job. However, this tech did the best job, EVER, of addressing the performance problem I've had for some time. This PC has an SSD "hard drive", but over time, it has gotten progressively slower. A number of other USTeck reps have attempted to "fix" the problem. However this USTech rep's effort resulted is a TERRIFIC IMPROVEMENT. MY MANY THANKS TO HIM!!!!!!!

Took a bit for tech to start process. Once I typed in the messege box they finished very quickly. Very happy with USTS!! After I installed more RAM: internet speed doubled, start-up much faster, program response very fast. USTS thankfully, does the cleaning, maintenance, updates, security and browsing safety ...that I don't know how to do.

I love this service and I have recommend this service to my mom and many others Ttat has to say something about my level of trust and satisfaction that i have with this product.
