Henri Gualberto Brion (USTechSupport) is an exceptonal tech. I was ready to ask for a refund because I couldn't get the system I purchased to download. He was kind and patient with me and explained things to me in simple terms. He got it installed and ran it. Also recommended a way to up memory. Excellent interaction.

My love goes out
Why do I tell these wonderful Tech's that I love them after they fine tune my CPU. For some reason my CPU runs better after each tune up.

I'm impressed
I'm impressed A real person answered the phone, not AI. The tech understood my issue and routed my call to the appropriate department where my call was answered immediately. That technician understood my issue and quickly made a couple of changes to my settings, which corrected the problem right away.

They were able to find need and technician to assist in getting it fixed. Technician was great, guided me through each step, and was Knowledgeable, Courteous, Asset to your customers and company. Best experience ever and will continue utilizing your products and services.

Pedro did a great job of diagnosis and…
Pedro did a great job of diagnosis and remedy quickly and logically. Problem is a recurring flaw in ByePass+ but not with the tech's work
