We operate a USDA meat processing facility in NYC and decided it was time to bring in a professional service to clean our offices. The extra wear and tear on our office is way above the norm because customers and employees are constantly walking around with soiled workboots. Our cleaning requirements are unique so MyClean sent in their management team to develop unique protocols. We expected a learning curve but it was shorter than we anticipated because MyClean was so responsive to our feedback that changes were made without delay. They are a top notch company.

Their website and booking system is great (...a big upgrade from our prior experience in booking individual cleaners over the phone) and their cleaners do a thorough job in our experience. I like the idea of a business being held accountable for its workers and maintaining a schedule. I've been using the service for more than a year now. I consistently get a great clean with the same great cleaner at an affordable price. It gives me confidence knowing if there ever were a problem, there are people who will step in and make it right. That's simply something you don't get from a single cleaner. I've gotten to know my cleaner and she tells me she gets paid more than she did at other services, and that's just an added bonus. I would fully recommend this service without reservations.

We recently used myclean in our two bedroom apartment and were pleasantly surprised when the cleaning was done. Everything was sparkling. Setting up the appointment only took a few seconds and by the next day we had a clean apartment. In the future we have the ability to book the same cleaner which is a great feature! My first myclean experience was excellent!

Our cleaner came to clean our 1 bedroom apt this past weekend and did an awesome job! The apartment was spotless and smelled great; she cleaned everything from the floors (twice) to the dusty nooks and crannies and the stovetop, toilet, shower, windows, etc.. The convenience of being able to schedule online is a huge plus for MyClean and it feels great to come home to a sparkling apartment on a Saturday afternoon. Thorough, professional and easy to schedule, MyClean can't be beat in NYC for the price and service - they should link up with AirBNB! Great easy to use service. I booked it, they came on time did a great job and i couldnt be happier. Get your apt cleaned should be easy and myclean made it happen. I look forward to using them again!!
