This software is great for use in our law office. To be fair I haven't used any other legal case software so I couldn't do a comparison. We use MyCase for our billing and keeping in contact with our clients. The only limitation we have found to be an issue is that the software is case based so it doesn't allow for billing of consultation fees where no case has been created. This limitation and my lack of experience with other software are the only things holding me back from giving it a 5 star rating.

MyCase is very well set-up and attuned to law practices. It was obviously designed by someone who knew the ins and outs of daily needs for attorneys. Whenever we have questions they are answered promptly and effectively. All-in-all, it's a great program and I would recommend it to any law office looking to effectively manage its practice.

MyCase works for my small law firm because it's flexible, programmable, and helps me and my staff stay on top of our calendars, tasks, and documents. With the client portal and Quickbooks integration, MyCase covers most needs. The MyCase team is responsive and they are always working to improve their product.

Easy to navigate and provides my solo practice all the bells and whistles that we can handle.

I find MyCase to be very intuitive to use, my clients love being able to login to access their documents or to send me e-mails, and it's very affordable. A wonderful product!!

MyCase is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I use the app and the version on my computer. The only issues I have with the app are that you cannot view past events and you cannot manage billing. I have had issues with bill sharing. For example, my assistant will accept a payment from a client on whose case I'm attached, but that payment never comes to my email or my dashboard. I can see the payment when I visit the client's invoice, but I can't check every client's invoice each day. Overall, my clients like the ability to manage their case and communicate with me, and I like being able to look at the client's entire file, from discovery to invoices to court dates with a few clicks.

I find MyCase to be a great resource for me to keep track of cases, create invoices, and communicate with my clients. My clients like the ability to send me messages, upload documents to me, and review documents I have drafted for them. I also appreciate the app for MyCase. It is a great way for me to check client messages, review uploaded documents, and view contact information when I am away from my desk.

It is unbelievable how much more streamlined my practice has become with MyCase. It is so intuitive. Clearly, MyCase listened to real lawyers when creating their product.
