My firm uses MyCase to manage our Social Security disability and workers' compensation practice areas. Social Security cases can take 2 to 3 years from start to finish, while workers' comp cases can take 6 months to a year. Both practice areas involve a great deal of paperwork and frequent deadlines. MyCase is a reliable and logical platform that allows our attorneys and staff to meet deadlines and calendar reminders.

We have been using MyCase at our firm since 2016. Everyday we find additional tools to use and continue to increase it's usefulness to us. I have used larger integrated case management tools in the past that were hard to understand, took forever to become proficient, and just simply overpriced. MyCase is easy to use, efficient, and just really easy for new hires to pick up. I would highly recommend MyCase.

This computer program is pretty much self explanatory and the simplicity is amazing.

I really do like MyCase and recommend it for other lawyers. I just think we wasted a great deal of time attempting to get the accounting package to work when it was first introduced at the beginning of the year. It was not ready for prime time. I hope it gets there so we can have a truly integrted experience!
