First of all, I submitted bad reviews on their website but they won’t publish it! That why there is only good reviews on their site. Huge red flag!!! The shipment is from China so it’s very slow. The ring looks very cheap. The embedded parts fell off after one week!

I ordered two rings. One silver and one rose gold. Got a damaged silver ring and the other one is gold, not rose gold. And the “magnets” are globs of silicone filling in the spaces where the real magnets should be. Contacted them, was told that the silver one would be replaced because they were aware of some that went out damaged. Since then, no further response from them (I have been sending correspondence regularly). Very disappointed and I believe that a refund should be issued immediately.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received my rings, they don’t even have magnets in them, just glue in the spots where the magnets are depicted in the ad. Not adjustable at all, was too large on my and too small on my husband. I contacted about a return and was told to ship back to China at my own expense. The kicker is I was provided an incomplete address to return the item so I couldn’t even ship it back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCT

Absolutely awful, quality is shocking and they don’t offer refund only store credit (how American can you get) turns out shipped from CHINA not US or UK! They expect you to pay to return it to China where apparently they inspect it and decide whether to refund you or not!!! SCAM Trading standards should be aware but as US based company can’t do anything. Will be going in the bin and making sure people know to avoid like the plaque. Only plus was I ordered when on offer wouldn’t pay full price and shame on instagram for allowing false advertising of a product!

I decided to order 4 rings for my fam… gold tone for me, black for my son and hubby and rose gold for my daughter. Once my order was delivered, I quickly noticed there was only 3 in my order…. The rose gold ring was missing.I quickly emailed customer service and they asked what color did I get instead of the rose gold,( obviously they didn’t read my email stating it was completely missing from my order) once I emailed again saying it was missing and asked if they were sending it separately? Back order? Refund? No response…. I followed up with my 3rd and 4th email and they NEVER got back to me anymore. I had to contact AMEX to dispute the charge for the 1 ring missing. Such a shame because the rose gold ring was going to be part of a bday gift. I’ve been wearing my gold tone ring for 1 week and the shade is already wearing off at the edges, I remove it before showering and washing my face, so I’m a bit disappointed since they are not the cheapest price. I’m extremely disappointed with the way my issue was handled, or not handled at all.customer service sucks, had to waste my time with my CC company to resolve my issue.Also, the cute box they keep advertising in doesn’t even come with the rings, they arrive in a cheap tiny zip lock bag, so if you are purchasing as a gift, you need to buy a ring box for it.

This ring is not only gorgeous but also very effective. I've been wearing it every day, and it really helps with my overall well-being. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!

I've been wearing my Calmi ring for about a month now, and it's really helped me manage my daily stress. It's also a beautiful piece of jewelry that I can wear with anything. Highly recommend!
