Scam. Poor quality product. Poorly packaged overpriced rings that fit poorly. Rings keep falling off and not adjustable as they state.

Beware!! I ordered the ring and it arrived quite quickly. As soon as it arrived I tried it on and I could not adjust it. When something arrives and it doesn't work you know right away. Immediately, sent an email explaining the issue and never heard back (Mothers's Day). I continue to reach out and in July I received a response. I am responsible for the cost of shipping and it must be trackable. It has to be shipped to Hong Kong. How is this good customer service? Satisfaction guaranteed? Beware! I'm almost paying as much to return the product as I did to purchase it

The ring took ages to arrive, nearly three weeks. When it did finally come, it was packaged in some cheap bag from China with no indication it was from Calmi. I used the official website and saw pictures on reviews left by other customers where the ring came in a Calmi box. I have emailed the company as I am doubtful about the authenticity of the product. No response. I think it's all a scam.

Buyer Beware! First, the review process on their website only allows you to leave a 5-star review, so it's rigged. Second, there is no customer service. Any emails are replied to with an auto-generated response. Returns are basically non-existent. Returns are at the customer's expense and must be returned to China, so any refund you may get will be eaten up by return shipping costs. And the 90-day guarantee is non-existent for the same reason: the product must be returned.

Wore the ring for 12 weeks with no noticeable difference. Have now taken off as it caught on things constantly due to the space in the ring. Found it to be quite dangerous when playing sport or doing any kind of DIY due to catching on things.

I bought this ring a couple of months ago and gave it a good chance to see if it worked but it’s basically just a fashion piece. I tried contacting calmi a couple of weeks ago but still no response. Don’t waste your money like I did.

I’d I could give no stars I would . Ring is too big doesn’t adjust like they say and falls off . Can return to china which will cost me £12 so what a rip off
