I purchased 2 rings from mycalm on Feb 8th 2024 as a gift for my daughter. After not receiving the product I purchased. I contacted mycalmi via the email listed on website ti cancel my order. I also contacted my bank to file a fraud claim against this company to reverse the charge. After doing so a week later the package arrived. I went to my local postal office to send package to Arizona address listed on website. A week later I received a call from a guy that lives at the address listed on the website. He stated that the address listed is a loft apartment complex and they are receiving several mycalmi returns. This company is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. PACKAGE IS COMING FROM CHINA.

This product is made from cheap materials and tarnishes immediately. After swindling me for the first $65, they had the audacity to try and send email marketing for more $. Their social profiles don’t exist so they can hide from real public opinion. Run, don’t walk, away from this company.

Drop shipping scam shipping from China. Not handcrafted at all. Just mass-produced trash. Calmi is not based in Arizona. They’re based in France. The owner from the "our story" page is just a random woman they stole the picture of. Likely wearing an Oura or Circular ring. Instagram pictures are either stock images or stolen product images from elsewhere. I learnt that magnetherapy is pseudoscience, if it were real, an MRI would be like some magical body healing experience, but it’s not.
