Great program with room to grow but also room for improvement. I would like to see better staff time reporting, so the staff can see but not edit their time log. I'd like to see more options for sorting/locating students. As a newbie to the world of childcare software I found it easy to work with. Love the ability to message all parents. Would like the same ability to message all staff. Great customer service, prompt replies, friendly staff.

Over all I think that brightwheel is a good program. Although at times I feel like it takes more time to “chart” what is going on with the kids than our old paper chart

Best App for On the Go Parents! Brightwheel does an amazing job in fostering a home school learning connection between teachers and families. It is the best resource to keep our parents informed of day to day activities and learning throughout the school day. It is an easy to use feature for teachers and staff and allows for amazing photos, videos and milestones to be shared! A perfect way for parents to be connected even when they are working. Where they lack is their troubleshooting features. It is rare that you reach support via phone and problems persist for about 3 business days before you hear back from some via email. This is definitely an area of growth for the growing company!

It needs some work regarding the immunization entering. Customer service is great and helpful. Sometimes I have had trouble linking siblings and that has been bothersome. While I'm not currently using the billing system, I am used to the old platform and am having trouble learning the new platform. I would like the ability to send a one time invoice without having to create a recurring payment, is that possible? It would be great if there was a place to track all enrollment documents that we may collect, where we could each tailor it to our own needs.

I was hesitant to use Brightwheel but our parents love it and it has streamlined the tracking process for it.
