We are finding it hard to navigate because we are not a daycare center but a preschool

It’s ok. I want the option to be able to access everything from my laptop same way I do for my phone. I would like to be able to sit down during nap and type up a little message and reminder to parents from my laptop and send it and include pictures in my messages . I would like for the video to allow for more than 30 seconds .

Needed a program to use in my child care that staff could clock in and out on AND a program for parents so they could see what their children do throughout the day. This program is okay but I feel could be a little more user friendly as it’s tedious to set up and learn. I wish items could be entered on a pc too and not only mobile devices.

The app is great to communicate with parents but not inter staff correspondence. It would also me nice to be able to attach documents like a menu or phone book from our excel documents on the computer.

It's a good app but needs working on it, for example what it's the point to do the lesson if the parents can't see the lesson

I like a lot of the features of brightwheel and I even use premium. I don’t like that I can’t consolidate family files or put credits on family accounts when they pay ahead. I have had technical issues and have been given the run around on fixing the issue. But it’s a nice tool for communicating with my daycare families.
