We started using BW a few months ago. My center is relatively small, 30 children, 7 teachers. I really love the app, the ease of use, the way I can communicate with parents and parents can communicate with teachers. I feel there are a few glitches on the app that still need to be worked on. For example, when I make a child inactive, they still show up on my "billing" and "plans" tab. I feel this sometimes can get confusing. I also wish it had a calendar feature, where I can add events or daily activities for the entire month for parents to see.But overall I would recommend this app. It has made communications with parents way easier.

Just started using the and still exploring features but I like what I see so far! It is easy to use and I love getting the photos and alerts about my child's activities while I am at work.

Brightwheel is a great app that has helped us digitalise many process within the school making our day much more efficient. Our teachers and parents are finding it easy to operate the app and are very happy with the new developments.

It’s great for teachers & parents. We are not too thrilled on how the billing isn’t set up for siblings. Parents don’t like paying twice.

It's nice to have the invoices sent out for you. It would be nicer if you could do per family vs per child. It be nice if it would help with open capacity especially aging up? It's very user friendly.

I love it I can communicate with the parents with out calling them. I love that I can post pictures

Brightwheel is great for parent communication. We just started it using it at our center, so we are still learning how to use the billing feature.
