Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We are truly sorry that your experience left you feeling disappointed, especially as someone who has supported us so generously over time. We have reviewed your order and can confirm that the item you received matches what was selected at checkout. While everything was processed correctly on our end, we understand this still did not meet your expectations. Our team also offered an exchange, which we completely respect you chose not to pursue. Your support over the years means a lot to us, and because of that, we are sending you a small surprise as a gesture of appreciation. Even when things do not go perfectly, we want you to know that your loyalty and care for the brand never go unnoticed. We hope this shows how much we value you and that your experience with us, from product to support, feels just as thoughtful as we intend it to be.
