I had a difficult time getting my first order( lost in the mail), but when I contacted the company, via e-mail, Kyra, on the Customer Experience Team went to work and had a replacement order sent out the next day! I’ve received my lip balms and tried one out ( the rest are Christmas gifts). I loved it! It’s nice and smooth, you don’t need much, and it doesn’t dry out on your lips or get gunky!

Bought lavender for myself, original for hubby. Love mine, smells nice and its colorless which is fine. love how soft/ moisturizing they made hubby's lips and he likes his chapped lips are already better. Thank you!
