Great and effective team for my amazon issues!

We've been using My Amazon Guy for about a month now and couldn't be happier. We've had major issues with our Amazon acct for the past nine months and had three other companies work on our account, none of which we're able to figure out why our sales had dropped drastically. Shane from MAG figured out the issue within a week and Jose immediately fixed the glitch resulting in an immediate and significant spike in our rank, sales, and ACOS. We made a risky decision to drop Seller Interactive toward the end of November and bring on MAG leading up to our busiest time. They expedited the onboarding processes and went above and beyond what we expected from them completely turning things around and saving our Amazon business. Shane, Jose, and Katlyn have been exceptional and we couldn't recommend My Amazon Guy more for any of your needs!

We hired MAG as a trial to complement our existing amazon internal team and see how we can make improvements. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, and their focus for us was mainly on SEO optimization. We are considering their assistance for another business of ours.

I own a dietary supplement company that has been around for over 10 years. We hired MAG to take over our Amazon account, and they worked on the account for a full year. During that time, our sales trended down and declined each month while working with the company. While MAG was responsive to our requests, they seemed more interested in collecting monthly retainers than growing the account. After a full year of working with them we tried to renegotiate the contract for commission only. They requested a full 20% of sales in order to continue. Needless to say, we had no choice but to terminate the relationship for their inability to scale the account. This is an overpriced agency that is only concerned with their bottom line, not yours. Buyer beware. RESPONSE TO REPLY: This is simply inaccurate. We gave MAG a full year to scale the Amazon account. We were not a "happy" customer; rather, we were patient as we understand that growing a sales channel does not happen overnight. A large part of the issue is MAG has an astounding attrition rate. Every few months we were assigned a new "team" who took several months to get up to speed on our company and products. Then a few months after that, we were assigned another new "team." Many of the interactions were redundant as the follow through on behalf of MAG was lacking. Our sales declined more under MAG's management than in the entire history of the company.

Communication has been easy. Thomas, Sandra and the rest of the team at My Amazon Guy have been super helpful. Always willing to help out and provide feedback and/or advice.

I was very cautious about taking on another agency following a couple of poor experiences elsewhere. My Amazon Guy were extremely patient during my initial enquiry and took no trouble in answering all of my questions and reassuring me. Once I decided to go ahead, They surpassed my expectations with a personal phone call from my brand director who quickly installed all the confidence I needed to be put at ease. I was immediately introduced to the team who would be involved in managing my Amazon account for both the US and the UK, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that there would actually be up to 8 people working on my account and who were under the MAG umbrella. They know what they are doing and I am extremely satisfied with the high level of regular and responsive communication. We are in our first month and I have already seen a 30% increase in sales activity and this is based on back end SEO changes alone, we are about to launch the new look listing with stunning image creative artwork and copy, so very much looking forward to the A+ and Storefront designs to come.
