Initially reluctant going with MAG after reading some reviews but the support we got was excellent. All technical issues resolved and time was accounted for accurately and clearly. (We are a small/medium consumer product brand)

It took them a while, but they managed to reactivate my ASIN. I was impressed by their work. For a minute I thought they couldn't do it because communication was lagging, but they pulled through and got it done. 5/5 would recommend.

It can take some time to get Amazon to cooperate and resolve a reinstatement, thank you for your patience and I'm glad we came through for you Mark. -Steven

Steven’s LinkedIn posts and videos are pure gold for anyone selling on Amazon. He breaks down complex catalog and advertising issues into simple steps you can use right away, and his advice always feels grounded in real experience. The free newsletter is awesome too, and I look forward to it every week. I’ve already picked up strategies that have saved me time. Do yourself a favor and follow Steven on LinkedIn as he has some of the best content in the space.

We have complex Amazon vendor central and seller central catalog issues from multiple years of neglect for our brand. MAG came in as my agency pick of catalog experts after I fielded numerous potential agencies to resolve our issues. Our catalog issues are complex, with frozen ASINS, deactivated ASINS, conflicts from lack of channel management, pricing and cost issues and much more. They have strategically worked step-by-step to resolve these issues where previously we had made little to no progress. I am impressed by their team and how much they’ve accomplished for us in such little time. I made the right choice in selecting them as our partners resolving our issues with Amazon and managing our catalog going forward.
