great product, terrible packaging…
I like the product and my skin is looking better hydrated. Unfortunately 2 of the bottles do not pump effectively. I have to pund the op and stick a pin in the bottom of the bottle to get the serum or the tretinoin product to come out. It's rather frustrating. I just took the bottle apert for the serum because I don't have much time in the moring.

The pumping mechanism did not work
The pumping mechanism did not work on two of the three items that I purchased. These are expensive products to purchase and have to force open a cap to be able to use. I canceled my subscription.

OK but cancelled
I appreciated the Dr and customer service responses. But the xompnent of the prescriptions were terrible. They dont want to pump. Everytime I had to use a paper clip or pound the bottle upside down and I still barely got a pea size. too much work. Alloy did send me a 2nd bottle. It has the same problem.

The process was quick & easy but there…
The process was quick & easy but there were a bunch of hidden monthly fees that made it unaffordable & more than double the listed price. I wish there was more transparency. I’ve felt so much better on the medication, but can’t afford to continue.

Don't like subscriptions
I like everything but I don't like subscriptions. I like to try out things for myself first before I commit to a subscription. This is for too many reasons to mention.

Good product, terrible dispensers
I like the products but the dispensers they came in did not work so I had to cut the tops off them. I hope by my next shipment you have dispensers that work.

First of all what should I expect?
First of all, I didn’t know what to expect. I don’t know what this product is supposed to do. I’ve been using it, but I don’t see any big changes. There was no information that came with the product. I also find the product rather sticky. It leaves a film on your face

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
A waste of time and money they overcharge for prescriptions. They’re never there when need them. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
