We're sorry to hear you haven't gotten your order of Wegovy yet! This is fulfilled by an outside pharmacy so Alloy does not manage this nor can we control when it goes out. It's likely that you have not yet set up your account with them thus your order has not shipped. Please reach out to them to discuss how to address your shipments of weight product.

We're sorry to hear it ran out earlier than expected! We suggest turning the bottle upside down and tapping it to ensure that excess product is not being left within the bottle. This can help force things back towards the pump mechanism if there is!

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. We recommend performing a patch test for a few days by applying a small amount to one area of your face and neck and of course, discontinue with irritation of course. If you have a history of dark spots, we do recommend starting with a small amount in increasing slowly. That said, our clinical trial indicated that a reaction of dark spots was highly unlikely. We hope this helps with some of your concern concerns!
