I do feel like the product works, but my hyperpigmentation has started to reappear. The dark spots that were almost invisible before are now back and noticeably darker! :(

I like the texture, no noticeable changes as of yet, didn’t expect it this early. My biggest complaint is that the pump is inconsistent. I never get the same amount from one day to the next.

Broken airless pump The airless pump that holds the tretinoin was broken and when pressed did not expel any medication. :( I used a paper clip and inserted in the pin hole at the bottom of the bottle and pushed but it still didn't work. I took apart the pump and the rubber stopper was broken. Not really happy with the bottle. And the medication was $90

Alloy messed up my order at first, charging me for 2 additional products. It was a bit difficult to contact anyone to get this corrected but they eventually did correct it. Would be nice to have more responsive customer support though.

Kind of waiting to see these great results that others seem to be having. Been using Alloy for close to a month now, morning and evening as my base moisturizer. I mainly got this product to slow down the appearance of 'jowls' but sadly haven't noticed a difference yet. Maybe it needs more time, or maybe it's just another product with great marketing behind it.

I appreciate the great customer service, however, my issue wasn't resolved. The serum pump was defective on my initial order, and customer service suggested a few techniques I could try to get the pump working. I tried them ( using a paperclip to push the product up from the bottom of the bottle and hitting the bottom of the bottle with force to move the product up) neither worked and I was sent a replacement. I have the same issue with the new bottle. This issue only happens with the serum, not with the eye cream or face cream. I ended up cutting the top off the serum bottle and scooping it into a jar so I can use it. I don't love this 'fix' but I am happy I can use the serum. I like the product, but won't order again because it is so inconvenient to use. Again--customer service was friendly and helpful, but it didn't resolve my issue. I think the serum is too thick for the pump. I hope Alloy changes the design of the serum bottle.
