Meds were fine. Doc was fine. Ultimately I just preferred speaking with my own Doc in person. However, after filing in all the requested info to end services, I was just charged again. We'll see if I'm reimbursed as this is not cheap? Is this another subscription that doesn't go away? I finally received a response. When I cancelled it only worked for one of my two meds, supposedly... One doesn't work with the other. Why would I cancel only one? Plus I'm my response, I stated I preferred speaking in person with my doctor. So, no refund. Pretty shady if you ask me!

You sent the lotion missing part of the dispensing mechanism. I had to pry the bottle open and there's no straw for the pump dispenser. Not great for the price of this product.

I was not explicitly informed that an increased dose would come with an increased price. Other companies do not do this so I was caught off guard.

Please beware that company charges money if you reactivate subscription after it has been canceled even though it is not time for refill yet! They just automatically order medications and charge money without any notification. I initially canceled all subscriptions. Then reactivated progesterone to see the price and the next day I saw that alloy charged me $209 for estrogen even though I did not reactivate it's subscription and the next refill day is 10/5/2025. There was no message or email or any notification stating that I'm ordering something. This is very frustrating and unacceptable. I won't work with this business anymore. Update: company provided a partial refund of $52.

Typically this happens if your most recent refill date is in the past. So when you reactivate it processes. But we will take a closer look when we know more and see if more can be done to help!

Didn’t see any effect and I was under the impression it was a tablet rather than a cream. Cream wears off and I am not sure if it is harmful if ingested, unless it’s not advisable during oral experience.

The company should understand that 12 weeks (84 days) is not the same as three months, therefore shipments are always late!
