The worst and costly cream ever!
Th amount on those tubes you send are so minimal compared to the cost. It really doesn't worth the price. I just got my M4-Estriola 0.3% cream on 7/25/25 and it is empty? I am using only once a day? it supposed to last until 9/25/25 or longer?? Please someone can respond to me

We're so sorry for any confusion here! When used as directed, all M4 products should last 3 months. If you find that you go through this more quickly and need an early refill, keep in mind that you can always modify your refill schedule within your Alloy account. Our support team has also followed up with you via email.

Defective Cream Bottles - Medication Not Temperature Controlled
The bottle for one of the medicated creams would not dispense. Additionally, my medicine arrived in 90 degree weather with the bottle very warm tot he touch when the bottle indicates that it should not be in conditions above 77 degrees. I reached out to get a replacement for my defective bottle and the wrong medication was sent. The issue has still not been resolved.

Cart checked out without my authorization
My SIL recommended Alloy to me. I registered with the site online and was able to get a prescription for HRT meds. I looked at the cost of the medicine prescribed and it was just over $500. One of the meds was put into a cart and purchased without my approval. I tried to get the purchase stopped, but it was sent anyway. It took me over three contacts with customer support to get a refund. I did find a doctor where I live that prescribed HRT, for a fraction of the cost of Alloy.

No bedside manners
I reached out because I had side effects from the eye cream and face cream. I reached out to my provider, and she simply said to cancel the subscription. No questions, no concerns. Being you hire nurses or doctors, I felt like this service does not have bedside manners.
