About $100 too expensive there are just similar services for less money

This company is a joke. They charge outrageous prices for their medications and purposely deceive you into thinking you're getting a deal. For example, they charged me $118 for estrogen cream and told me it was for a 3 month supply. I figured it was roughly $40 per tube for 3 months. But no! It was $118 per tube!! You get 2 refills but it totals almost $350!! I can get this rx at costco for $33!!! They do not call in any prescriptions to an outside pharmacy because they would lose money. The so called physician ordered an estrogen dose much higher than she should which caused me severe side effects. I had to see a specialist because of her error. Stay away!!

The service is valuable but the way they operate is questionable. Making changes is cumbersome and medical advice is not always followed when filling orders. The Doctor told me that the .075 mg estrogen patch must be paired with the 200 mg progesterone pill but they sent the wrong dose. When I informed them of their mistake, they created a second subscription and sent me both at the same time. I offered to send the wrong order back but they refused. I ended up having to pay an extra $300. They also tell you that they will always send an email before your next delivery in case something needs to change. They don’t do that every time and if the order is wrong and you tell them they won’t change it. Very frustrating and expensive. Update: I contacted Alloy again. They are quite skilled at apologizing but still unable to accept any responsibility for the their part in it. Still do not recommend this company.

If i could give it minus one star i would They messed up the delivery twice the mess up was entirely their fault and they didnt even have the decency to expedite the shipment. I kept the first shipment because i am dying from menopause but i am cancelling the membership as soon as i get it and finding help somewhere else. Worst experience ever.

Took it for a month, it worsened my digestion. According to their return policy first shipment can be returned. I reached out to initiate a return and company refuses refund because i guess my side effect (severe constipation )wasn't a valid one. ABSURD. this company doesnt stand behind their product. No you have not resolved my issue. I have not gotten refund as per your return policy.

I was attempting to a coupon code and accidentally placed the order - immediately contacted customer service through all channels w no response except confirmations of shipping. What a hassle! Planning to return the order immediately so not sure why they wouldn't just respond.

Submitted my questionaire, Dr. reviewed it. I guess I didn’t think that I might get a male doctor? But I did. Immediate recommendation was birth control or a low level antidepressant? Not at all what they’re advertising and I could have gotten that level of care by my local red state doctor. Yikes.

I went into my appointment hopeful that I’d be prescribed the hormones I know I desperately needed. Instead my Alloy provider wanted me to take low dose birth control or only progesterone. I was experiencing brain fog, hot flashes, night sweats, joint pain and I know those are related to low estrogen. I pushed back and she said it could be my iron, when I know that wasn’t true. This forced me to use another company who prescribed me what I needed right away and I’m already feeling better. Once I let the alloy provider know that I wasn’t working with her anymore and I’d like to cancel, she quickly charged me over $100 for vaginal cream that I did not ask for whatsoever and had it shipped to my house. That is such poor business practice.
