I have never received my meds which i was charged for and processed. First consultation took at least 2 weeks … so far I got nothing from this company.

This is a follow up to the review I left which this company is now denying they received any of my 5 emails. I have all of the emails in my sent items. As I stated the only reason they started to respond is because I wrote a review warning other customers and disputed the charge on my credit card. I get 10-15 deliveries a week so I am very sensitive to the way in which a company responds to a missing order. Their latest is to tell me they sent a replacement order ( I am now out of town for several weeks ) “ at no additional cost” which I at least believed was a measure of good faith for all the time I have taken to try to reach them — but now they want me to take down my review and pay for it anyway. This company has wasted too much of my time and bottom line chose not to respond until I took action. These are expensive products and they should take accountability for their shipping and their mistakes. Their latest response to me was “ we are unable to process refunds for orders that have been already successfully delivered.” I am now out of town so I have no idea if it was Re delivered or not and they don’t seem to care about my time or the inconvenience of having to send all these emails. Time is money and stress is the last thing any of us need. Beware.

I was excited as a busy executive to find myalloy.com. I am not a medical professional, so I relied on their advice as “medical professionals” to give me what prescriptions were suitable for my body. I told them I did not have a uterus, and I only had one ovary and their suggestion was to send me progesterone and estradiol. I went to my yearly check up with my physician, who informed me there is absolutely no reason for me to be on progesterone because I haven’t had a uterus in years. I immediately contacted myally.com and inquired why they would prescribe me something they knew I didn’t need. I was told the email that the prescriptions just automatically come together which is a lie. MyAlloy has been charging me $119 for medication I don’t need estradiol is $12 at the pharmacy. They even sell it separately on their site. I requested a full refund for all the estradiol that they prescribed me that I did not need to be taking that their “medical experts” decided I needed to take. They refused. I told him I was happy to pay for the estradiol, which is all that I needed, and to refund me the dollar amount for all the progesterone they have sent me, which I clearly did not need - they refused. Then I told them to cancel all orders and cancel everything in full and instead they charged my credit card for the full $119 didn’t send any product and after multiple emails back-and-forth finally gave me a 50% refund on medication I never received. They have stopped answering my emails. I have requested that the money they stole from my credit card in September for product I never received to be fully refunded. They still have not refunded my money and will not reply. I will be reporting all charges as fraud on my credit card and I would highly recommend that everyone go and go to your physician or go to Planned Parenthood and find out exactly what you need because it’s a lot cheaper than dealing with My Alloy who is sending women prescriptions that they don’t need t ok make money and over charging for medications. Do yourself a favor and get a prescription discount card and get estrodial for $12 at your local pharmacy. MyAlloy is a total SCAM.

The founders and website of MyAlloy discuss bioidentical hormones, but I was only provided with birth control pills as a choice. Upon viewing the individuals involved speaking on Instagram, they mention alternative options for perimenopause aside from birth control, but unfortunately cannot provide any. This can be viewed as misleading. After completing your health assessment, you are presented with your choices, yet the doctor merely prescribes birth control. It's worth noting that birth control is readily available at no cost from your local pharmacy.

Too expensive for generic estradiol over 100 a tube! Thanks for the reply my Alloy but we know through a pharmacy a tube of estradiol doesn't cost 100.00 more like 20.00! Also I found it odd my dr was also a dr for my rx nasal spray Allermi I buy online!! I was honestly shocked. What qualifications does he have as a menopause specialist? Dr. Andrew Salka? I noticed this time I got a different dr but the pricing is completely out of control. 80.00 markup??

Way too expensive. Tried to get medical help and no one emailed back would not recommend.

I have had no benefit with an expensive treatment, and am told to wait until my prescription renews. No thanks.

No response to product. Tried several times.
