It has been over a month since I registered and almost a month since I contacted support and there has been no resolution to my issue. Communication is sporadic so I have no idea whether my issue will ever be resolved. I have no confidence in this company.

Great at first. Then I needed help with a shipping issue that affected access to my medication and Alloy has done literally nothing to help. I got one email when I first asked for help because I had to manage unexpected issues with family. I asked they stop shipment because I had to travel due to the issue and the meds would be ruined sitting in the 100+ heat if they didn't stop shipment. Alloy's delayed response was basically "too bad" they took hundreds in my money anyway and shipped the meds into the sun. I tried to get an emergency USPS hold on delivery but it didn't kick in on time and I arrived home to boiling, ruined meds. I have since reached out 3 times to Alloy. Twice to customer service and once to the doctor. I've asked for some way to get meds since I can't use the ones that were delivered. There's been zero response from anyone. Can't even get the doctor to talk to me about calling into my pharmacy so I can stay on my medication. Now I have about 3 days of meds left and I'm having to get a local GYN to manage things. Of course having to pay additional money to do so since the new doc needs to do an assessment and get paid for it (as they should). TLDR - Alloy is good until you have a question or problem, then they are terrible and more than happy to take your money and leave you stranded without medication. If you're OK with being without meds because you can't get a human at Alloy to talk to you much less help you, then Alloy might be a good fit.

Absolutely, awful, very high-priced, not fair. They have to give you a 3 month supply when you don't even know the product works or doesn't on you or if you're allergic to it. Absolutely. Not fair. Have contacted the doctor multiple times and don't get back to me. Please don't be dumb like I was. It's not worth it

I cannot cancel my subscription. After numerous emails. And calls to an unmonitored telephone have gone unanswered. There is no community although there is a tab for it. Although I've cancelled my subscription many times they still send product. I sent package back and never received a credit on my CC
