Weakest "O" ever it did nothing at all for me. zip, zero, zilch. used as directed. several attempts, and finally had the smallest barely detectible o ever. not worth a dime let alone an $89 monthly subscription that they don't even tell you about when you purchase the trash.

Poor customer service with scam like rules

I ordered eye, two face and one body cream. Received the eye and face cream on June 18th. Noticed the cap was off and thought it seemed light but didn’t really understand how much a dose weighed. I purposely used 1/2 the prescribed dose because I was afraid it would run out. I emailed them at the beginning of July with my concerns of running out and that I paid for three months supply. Their response was one that lacked concern. Of course I ran out July 29th so I emailed them and they basically told me their policy is to let them know in 14 days of any concern. So consequently so sad too bad. This is way too expensive to get less than one month out of a three month supply. I am canceling my subscription and sourcing it elsewhere. What a scam!!!!! Sell you three months supply but only give you one month. Update to their response: Your dispensers are metered and the prescription said one pump once to twice a day. There should not be variation in the amount because it is metered and skin absorption does not matter when you are dispensing 1/2 the prescribed dose. It should have lasted twice as long. Your response is BS. If I used less than prescribed I should get the proper amount to last the 90 days I paid for. That is unless your pump doesn’t dispense the proper amount which would also leave you with a big issue. If you charge everyone for 90 days but only provide them with thirty days, you are committing fraud.

Never got rx and called many times. Address was incorrect and I keep telling them. Asked to cancel they still can’t get back with me on that

Since day one of dealing with your company I’ve had nothing but issues. And a vast majority of the problem is the pharmacy you use “Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy” which btw currently doesn’t have a license to dispense medications. Also I never got the right dosage I paid for and every time I would tell your company there was an issue they would make me take pictures to prove I was using the medication correctly or take pics of the bottle to ensure I wasn’t lying about not getting the correct dosage. And I could never talk to anyone on the phone directly so all communication was through email because as your outgoing states that you’re a small business and never got around to setting up your voicemail. So in short I cancelled my account and I will not be referring your business to anyone and I’m waiting for the class action lawsuit against your company which I will be more than happy to join because I also didn’t lose a single pound

Im somehow allergic to under eye cream cream and they will not refund or consider even partial refund. Real waste of $90

I did a consult with a provider for 49.99. I was given some options for HRT but never approved any of them. They charged my card 239.97 without authorization and sent an unsafe prescription out and said it was too bad and I could not get my money back. Buyer beware!!!

Was not clear about all the fees. You advertise no hidden fees, but there is a $99 fee to email with someone, and then another $100 fee for the meds. No other company has this. No one even discussed the fees. Very misleading and I wasted $200 for nothing. That's a lot of money for me and I was hoping for help.
