Beware false Charges - failed refunds
After hours I was promised three refunds - received two and just discovered another charge on my card for ??? Still out $127 (that was to be refunded on 6/29). And another $49 that was stolen from me 6/24 This company is poorly run and will charge you for nothing. Beware

Hi again - we have gone above and beyond to help you including hundreds of dollars in refunds all of which were for products that were communicated to you as being prescribed. Some of these refunds were even for product you still received thus were free of charge. We have provided all of the refunds and their associated bank ID numbers so that you can work with your bank to find them. The $49 is the non refundable consultation fee from when you spoke with a doctor. This individual has posted multiple reviews which have all been addressed via email as well as here. Note that all charges were legitimate and none have occurred since her first review. We have provided refunds as a courtesy due to the customer having been unclear on what to expect once she purchased a consultation, not because she was charged in error.
