The doctor consultations are thorough and address any concerns or questions one might have. Directions are detailed and easy to follow. I LOVE the M4 line of skin care by Ally Health. I get the M4 serum, cream and eye cream. Sometimes I use the serum then apply a layer of the cream on top, and sometimes I just use the serum or the cream. I use one or the other 2x each day - morning and night. My skin is noticeably plumper and healthier looking. I recenlty had lunch with a friend I had not seen in 6 months and the first words out of her mouth were "your skin looks incredible! What have you done?" Although I do take care of my skin and use a red light mask 5 times a week, using these products was the only change I made since I had seen her last. I thought that I had noticed a difference, but my friend's reaction was proof. The change sort of sneaks up on you, but if you are consistent, you will notice it and so will everyone else.

Wow! I started seeing results immediately! I’m 44, and having started my skincare journey very young (I worked at an Estée Lauder counter for five years through college), I’ve tried everything under the sun. My face has fared quite well in the aging game (thanks, mom!) but my neck has been a different story - I’ve had a few horizontal lines for the last few years but the loose, crepey skin was driving me mad. I’m ashamed to admit I had lost hope and was investing in a lot of turtlenecks. Enter Alloy (the serum & M4 cream), and my neck skin looks years younger. I saw results pretty much immediately. There are days when my neck looks perfectly smooth - 10-15 years younger. Some days when I’m tired, dehydrated, I see some aging creep back in. But overall, I’m SO pleased! I’m hoping over time Alloy (along with gua sha) will soften out my burgeoning jowls. Finally something that works. I tried the eye cream as well but didn’t see any results, so I won’t reorder that.
