Bait and switch. When I originally purchased from Alloy it certainly was not made clear that I would be paying $120 for a $40 tube of cream. And Customer Service is none existent.

i ordered 3 bottles and only got one. if i am getting the others over next months that's ok, but this should be communicated. if i am no t getting more bottles, i need a refund.

Alloy is great on the front end, getting you in touch with a provider and getting your meds out. Doctors are also very responsive to questions. They drop you and the back end, however. I changed dosages, but it took jumping through a few cumbersome hoops to figure out how to get the different dosage before the auto-renewal date. I am still struggling to get the prescriptions changed to Cost+ Pharmacy, where they are literally 1/10th the price. Alloy’s website provides incorrect information about how to change pharmacies, and after a call, a message, and a chat (which has been open for an hour now, and which is prompting me to complete this review) I am still not connected. New edit: No resolution, they say their pharmacy can send my prescription to my “local” pharmacy but not to “an outside pharmacy.” The most cost-effective option is, apparently, not available to me. I also requested an electronic or paper copy of my scripts twice. No acknowledgement of that.

I, like most women my age, was desperate to get hrt going. In trying to be honest about things up front, I said in the INTAKE notes that I was sensitive to the otc progesterone cream I’d tried using. The “doctor” denied my treatment over this. All medical professionals know that usually, at least, women who are sensitive to otc progesterone cream do much better on a pill. But I didn’t argue, since this “doctor” clearly is not very well educated and I don’t need someone like that overseeing my care. The thing that REALLY chaps my ass is that, there are no refunds if you’re denied in the initial intake. It says “to cover the doctor’s time and expertise from any questions you asked.” I didn’t ask any questions. It may interest some of you ladies (not all of you) to know that you can get hrt medications online very easily without a prescription IF you are very good at doing DILIGENT homework. If you’re only going to do a quick google search, I wouldn’t suggest this. But if you know what you’re doing, go for it and screw these jerks. I should’ve known not to bother. I blame myself. It seemed quick and easy, but nah. If you want a “doctor” who got their training from a diploma mill, this is your place!

I am still waiting to receive the product yet. I have been asked numerous times how my Experience has been.

Took 2 weeks to get my meds after I placed the order. Evernow and Midi were way faster to work with plus they take insurance.

I'm going to cancel my subscription. I subscribed because they advertised that they would prescribe oral hormone medication, but they're telling me to buy something I don't need. I left messages with the support team, but there was no answer, the doctor didn't reply, and the support team replied by telling me not to send the same message multiple times and that they were busy. And they didn't answer anything about my problem.And now that I've read the reviews here, I'm worried that they won't cancel it.
