Product is fabulous and works as advertised. Unfortunately I had to cancel my subscription due to a cancer diagnosis and it was. Cancelled immediately with warmth, kindness and professionalism. Can’t recommend enough.

Actual kind people helped me right away- not automated menus that led no where or long times on hold to awful music. Really great old fashioned caring service. Thanks!

They are as promised. I have never had a problem with them. They are a good alternative when your can’t afford to see a healthcare provider. However, I did cancel my subscription and started to get my medication from my healthcare provider

I had a problem with my subscription .I wrote one email and received a prompt reply. I received another email…courteous and informative and just like that- The issue was resolved.

David H responded very quickly and explained the situation. He was kind and informative.

I haven’t tried my products yet but Alloy’s customer service is amazing! I had an issue with an order I placed/promotional code and contacted customer service to see what could be done. Within a few hours I had a friendly email from David informing me that he refunded me the difference! I was amazed at the prompt response and resolution without any issue/questions. I’m coming to Alloy from another online service and the customer service has definitely won me over. In a world of AI and call centers, it’s so nice to have a company value their customers. Thank you Alloy (& David!).
