Customer service did not respond to my questions Edit: There customer service response to my review suggests they respond immediately. To clarify, their "response" to my first email was a lot of flowery language to essentially say-- we will get back to you later. Only after I followed up (about a month) later did they respond with answers to the questions I had asked.

THIS COMPANY IS CHARGING $120 FOR A $15 TUBE OF CREAM AND THEY ARE ACTUALLY CLAIMING THAT 1 TUBE IS A 3 MONTH SUPPLY! LIARS!!

I have not gotten my meds and the shipping has been terrible along with the customer service solution to it. The system set up for customer service is terrible. You can't speak to anyone. All email. For a medicine company to not have a proper customer service set up is extremely frustrating. I'm not ordering food or clothes online. This is medicine. I wish I had chosen the other company I almost picked over MyAlloy. I really really wish I had. It was more money but I'd would have already had my meds by now.

I did not have a good experience. This was supposed to be a 3 to 5 day turnaround according to the podcaster who recommended alloy. It ended up being closer to three weeks for me between my intake to speaking to the doctor actually getting my medication. I had to message Customer Service multiple times. Apparently there was some delay with the pharmacy which was not even explained to me until I inquired why I had paid over $353 from my medication‘s and yet they had not shipped yet. I had to make multiple inquiries to try to find out what was happening. Not at all impressed. The doctor was fine but the turnaround time was insane because if I had seen a local doctor, I would’ve had meds within 24 hours or less from my local pharmacy. Plus my insurance would have covered much of it. I did this because it was recommended by a famous podcaster and was supposed to be quick! I will be getting the prescriptions from my local GYN from here on out and I will not recommend the service.

The product did the exact opposite of what it advertised it would do. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

The product I purchased has not made any improvement. I would have expected some improvement for the cost.

your product did not work and now i am spammed with texts and emails constantly. I was not given a refund or any courtesy.

I spent a lot of money on these products and there has been absolutely zero change. Even the product that was supposed to be like female Viagra has zero effect on me. I feel scammed.
