Upon requesting a consultation, the Dr reached out very quickly with suggestions. We had a dialog through text and she gave me a plan. There was a little hiccup in my order at first, but Alloy resolved it in a timely manner. After starting HRT I had another question for my Dr and again her response was almost immediate! Life has been crazy for me and I have been struggling and slacking in my skincare routine. Even with my inconsistent use, my face feels softer and my skin looks smoother.
