My tube doesn’t pump and I have reached…
My tube doesn’t pump and I have reached out to the pharmacy and Alloy. the pharmacy said Alloy needs to get me a new one since they have had problems with there pumps. So I have t heard from Alloy so I haven’t been able to use the product! Also, I have tried to turn my tube upside down back in October. The tube still doesn’t work. If possible plz send me a new tube! Thanks

Terrible experience!
Terrible experience. Purchase at your own risk! Got prescribed progesterone pills and started gaining weight right after 3 pills. The estradiol vaginal cream did nothing for me! And you can’t return or get a refund for anything. A total waste of money and time. Not worth a penny. Trying products from amazon to see which are effective. Straight up grabbing money from women’s pockets without any guarantees.

Way too expensive
Way too expensive. Not paying attention, I had the impression it would be 3 tubes of etradiol. However, it is only one, and about three times more expensive then other sites

I was hoping to get on hormone therapy…
I was hoping to get on hormone therapy for my hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. I was only sent Estriol face cream and Al Tretinoin. The Al Tretinoin has made the skin of my face inflamed and caused constant flaking that I can’t slough off. I quit using that hoping the Estriol alone would help but that has left me with dry patches all over my face. I don’t know if I keep using both if it will get better or if I’m allergic to something in them.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review! The first 3 months of using Tretinoin can definitely be this way but we highly encourage you to speak with your doctor regardless. For additional products, you would need to fill in an intake specific to those as the doctor has directed you to do. Once you do that, they would be able to discuss HRT!

It’s only a few weeks but no noticeable…
It’s only a few weeks but no noticeable improvement in my face yet. I’m annoyed I could not try the product without being locked into a subscription. Also, it came in a tacky animal print zipper pouch. It’s tasteless, low-life, and low-brow. I will dump it at Good Will so it doesn’t end up in a landfill but if they send every bottle in such a wasteful way, I will cancel just for that reason even if it works.

You are also able to stop your subscription at any time through your account page so no need to feel 'locked in'! Not a fan
The product caused pain in the pelvic area. As soon as I stopped using it, the pain was gone within a day or two. Not sure if it was because of the product, but I didn’t want to take a chance and use it again. I lost that money because there’s no refunds if it doesn’t work for you. Then they want you to speak to a doctor but it’s $65 just to speak to them after purchasing the product. I didn’t wanna lose any money so they can tell me to try to use less or tweak the treatment and some other way. Lesson learned.

We're sorry to hear you weren't happy with your experience! You do have unlimited messaging with your doctor for a while longer and do not need to pay for an additional consult to do so. Just log into your account and click 'messages'. Note that after 3 months have passed since your last order, that access would be deactivated and would require additional consultations to reactivate.

I hate the estriol cream
I hate the estriol cream; my skin is much drier and my wrinkles way more pronounced than before. I am using up the tube on my hands; it's been terrible for my face.

We apologize that you didn't love the product! We took care of canceling your subscription and would recommend continuing to use your regular moisturizer if you happened to stop while using Alloy's product. That said, you won't bill or ship again!
