I was very skeptical that the alloy products would help me with my symptoms. I was feeling tired, low sex drive and moody. But it has been about a month on alloy and I am definitely noticing a big change and more than that, my husband has told me he is noticing it!

As a nurse, I know the value of a thorough assessment. The Alloy providers were thorough and asked pertinent questions prior to treatment. They explained my options clearly. I appreciate the education provided too.

The process was easy and fast. The Dr asked some questions pertaining to my health, any conditions and asked about what I was experiencing to provide their recommendation. I was also able to get my Rx separately from skincare products, I wanted to wait to finish the products I have.

Although I had to cancel my prescription due to the possible conflict with the glycolic acid treatment I am undergoing, I do understand the reasoning behind their inability to accept the return and refund of the unopened product I received. I appreciate their forthright response concerning these necessary health standards.
