I am impressed by the products, they are working and helping me. The face cream is wonderful! I like the fact that I can ask the experts anytime I feel the need. They are responsive and super thorough.

I appreciated the ease of ordering a simple prescription that should literally be available over the counter but is not (estradiol cream). The hassle of going to my dr. just to get a prescription for this medication has now been removed. I am really happy about this. And, the price is lower than what my neighborhood pharmacy charges me -- 1/2 the price! The whole process with Alloy has been seamless. I'm definitely a customer. Thank you!

I had a shipping issue. I was surprised that an actual person emailed me back and went above and beyond to fix it, even though it was my error, not Alloy's. I had expected a cut and paste "not our problem" type of response, instead they did everything they could and fixed it for me.

My order came very quickly without incident!!

The product came quickly and I like the fact that I get a reminder that it's time for a refill and I'm able to push back the delivery if I still have plenty left. I didn't think the bottle would actually last me 3 months when I saw the size of it but I use it every day and it does ladt. In fact I pushed my last delivery back a couple weeks since I still had plenty of it.

Alloy was very through when explaining women s medical needs. Communication always available. Product is very effective. I highly recommend Alloy.
