I was already on HRT when I contacted MyAlloy but I wanted to try the Estriol Face cream. Was easy to go through my medical history and needs and I had my order delivered quickly. I would like to see a list of inactive ingredients included with the product. Perhaps it’s on the website and I need to dig a little. I’ve only been using it for about a month so I can’t say if it’s working yet. It’s unscented and non-irritating but it does leave my face pretty dry and needs a good moisturizer over the top of it. I’d also like to see different packaging or an indicator so there’s a way to tell how much of the product is actually left. This is a completely opaque pump.

I had a question and it took the doctor awhile to get back to me. Other than that the service was fine.

I am 60 with pretty decent skin but haven’t seen a change in fine lines, plumpness or dark spots in first few weeks.

The product isn’t working as well as I would have hoped but perhaps I am expecting too much? Low libido is a real issue for many women I know. It seems like no one wants to touch that with a ten foot pole, as they say. It is really frustrating. I think what your company is doing for women is so needed. Thanks!

Customer service is good; I really appreciate the quick response from the M.D. Unfortunately, the cream does not work for me, so I will be canceling my membership.
