Just getting my meds in the mail on time before I run out is truly comforting because I work full time and I’m on my feet all day. Sleeping better feeling stable not emotional gets me through my day.

It was easy and efficient to order HRT thru Alloy and helpful to have the doctor available for questions. A great alternative to those of us without health insurance and adverse to expensive labs.

Overall experience has been great, getting help was quick and easy. Only feedback for improvement is the messaging screen. The window to see messages is so tiny because the screen is clogged up with other I formation and the cookie pop up comes up every time I log in. Make the messaging page easier to see actual messages please. This comment section is bigger than the messaging box in the app

I've come to appreciate Telehealth and I love this for my Menopause care. I love knowing I don't have to make an appointment months in advance, I love updating when I'm having symptoms and I love getting a response. Like any other Specialty, a Menopause Doctor will be a lifelong person in my contacts. Thanks to Alloy, I've found the right help for me for life now and in the future! What I would like to see more of.... I'm a nurse and work in Portals. I love Templates for education. I think it would be so easy to make Templates to be sent with the 1st email for : *perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. *Why estrogen *Why estrogen and progesterone when you have a uterus *Why just estrogen when you don't have a uterus *Why would you give estrogen and a little progesterone without a uterus for vasomotor symptoms that aren't resolving like mine * explain how pills, patch creams and sprays work and why it would be good for ME! *How long should I wait for it to work *When should I call if it doesn't work *What happens if I have an allergic reaction? What should I do other than go to an urgent care! This little extra info would be great for me and help me explain to my friends and family why this protocol is going to help me. When I enrolled for my 1st appointment, it said I will hear back in 2 business days. It was almost 4 days. If it's going to be longer, please let me know. The support access was Wonderful with communication about my medication (It was adjusted after 2 weeks). They were able to change my prescription for renewal and they kept me informed. They are so sweet and understanding. Loved the follow up! Thank you for being there for me! I've been blessed :)

To be specific I feel like I have crawled out of a cave labeled "brain fog". I also feel like my urinary urgency & frequency has slowed down. I don't feel like my lady bits are dried up raisins hanging out of a 🏜️ & my abd swelling or pug has decreased a lot. It took a few days to start sleeping better. Is the vaginal insert cream supposed to last for the quarter? I am not sure that possible. I do use it every other day.
