Warnings come after you purchase the product. My doctor said because I have a higher risk of breast cancer I shouldn't use it. Their form questionaire doesn't ask anything about personal family history or risk assessment. They just want to sell product to everyone. Oh and the default when you purchase is to order monthly.

Additionally, the product in question is local, non-systemic, and users should not experience hormonal side effects, as confirmed by a recent third party clinical study. So while this is an estrogen product, it is not systemically absorbed and safe to use if you have this kind of family history. Additionally, due to the nature of the products we offer, a subscription service makes the most sense for our users so yes - we do offer only subscriptions given that the medication needs to be taken on an ongoing basis.
