Still waiting to see what happens to my weight.

I love this face cream so far, and the physician replied to my question via chat in a timely manner. I am seeing a difference in the appearance of my skin after just a few weeks. I took off one star because of the price. I'm not sure if this one tube will last me all three months. I also don't like the auto-bill and subscription. I'd prefer to see how long it lasts before ordering.

Several of my symptoms were resolved, but the one of the main issues alms has gotten worse
Rose B.
I had to review with the doctor my prescription, adjust the dose and renew it pretty quickly because I was running out of my Bioidentical Hormones protocol and I was helped very promptly and this eased my worries away. I received the renewal very quickly and so far it feels like I am doing better with the adjusted dose. Thanks!

Thanks for your help

In perimenopause at 36yrs old, on meds for two weeks now and symptoms have improved already. It’s kinda wild how easy it is to go through alloy for help. Medication is not covered through insurance so I would say that’s the downfall and why I left a star off. Super easy to communicate but it does feel like you are talking to robots or it’s sorta not personable at all in the communications back and forth. But overall I’m finding relief in meds so that’s the amazing thing.

Update: Alloy said my renewal has been cancelled. That resolves part of my concern. I believe if a medication is a brand new prescription, it is prudent to check-in with the client for efficacy and THEN set up refills after that. Definitely assess the client's response to the medication before doing an automatic 4 month refill. The tube did not have signs of a foil or plastic seal, however, the lid had the little pokey thing on the end as if it were designed to break a seal. I am pleased with their remedy to discontinue the refill now.

We are so sorry for the frustration here! We have canceled your subscription at your request. Please note that there is no seal on the product you received so it was not compromised, rather this is how the product is intended. Regarding subscription renewal, we include this clearly in the order confirmation email you receive upon your first purchase. We also email every customer two weeks prior to each shipment to give you ample time to cancel or contact us for support in doing so.
