I’ve had a very good experience with Alloy. Like many women I was continually delayed by my gynecologist from starting hormone therapy in peri-menopause. If I was lucky, I had one normal week each month where I had some energy, focus, or hope! The other three weeks I was a zombie- mentally dulled, no motivation, and feeling as if I should look for assisted living (I’m only 51 years old!!). I am so grateful that Alloy exists. The day after I applied my estradiol patch I had so much energy and focus that my family and my co-workers were amazed. I was amazed. No placebo effect. The improvements have continued. And I’m on the lowest dose patch .025! The ONLY complaint I have with Alloy is the price. The patch is expensive. My hope is that in a few months, my regular gyno will respect my rights and write the rx. For now though, I will gladly pay out of pocket. Sounds so corny, but I feel like I’ve been brought back to life.

In my opinion this platform serves sections of the community well - those who cannot access a gynecologist and those already familiar & on HRT. As a patient new to HRT I think there are some flaws in particular lacking face to face consults. However Alloy does support its base with text comms. I was prescribed a couple of products. I eventually saw an excellent gynecologist who supports all of HRT, I am able to communicate at any time with the nurse. I have moved away from this platform. I think the home page could have more information for newcomers. I did not understand or missed some of the platform operation ie medical treatment plan. Perhaps it was on. The home page but I did not see. I would recommend based on reasons above. Bit personally if you can get Dave to face that’s always MY choice. Not relevant for brine I understand. Products are good,

The doctor took a few days to reply but once answered gave me a suggested new dose for my meds

When I finally got an answer from a physician higher up, I began my recovery from horrible perimenopausal symptoms. I turned to myAlloy bc I have a history of blood clots. After seeing over and over that transdermal estradiol is not a contradiction, I reached out only to be told I couldn't have it due to my clot history. But I persisted! And I was escalated to the director of medicine and finally was able to get relief. Evamist helped me immensely. I now find the patch more convenient. Thank you for being up to date on the newest research. It changed my life.

Waited to give a review until I had been using the M4 for 3 months nightly. Biggest benefit to me has been the significant reduction in pore size in my T zone. Fine lines have been softened, though not removed. Expression lines reveal no visible change as of yet. Plan to continue nightly regime and evaluate again in 2-3 months.
