Happy with the skin care bonus added to my own regimen!
I purchased targeted skin care and after a few days of intended exfoliation my skin was accustomed to the new skin care. I am beginning to see some fine lines lessen and overall I am happy with how my skin looks even with the fact that I'm in a drying cold winter in the northeast. I will continue to watch how this skin care use progresses.

It was easy and I got exactly what I knew I needed. I am so, so grateful. For years docs have denied me hormones. I am acutely aware that most don't have hot flashes this long after menopause. But I do. They are miserable to put it mildly. I would break out in a sweat 20+x per day and it would roll down my face and hair would drip to the point people would comment.

So far so good
So far so good! I feel like it’s too early to see all the benefits however I will continue to use m4 and can’t wait to see my 20 year old self again haha only kidding!! Looking forward to positive changes!
