When I use the cream i get extremely tired as a side effect. Not sure if that is supposed to happen or if it would wear off? I stopped using the cream

I don’t dislike anything about this product. But it’s too soon to evaluate the benefits.

UPDATE: The team at Alloy did reach out to me to set things right. I appreciated that after the initial frustrating contact with Support, they did escalate the matter and reached out to me by phone. They did indicate they are working on several improvements including the ones where I got snarled. So I'm willing to give them a chance. I want to be supportive of a woman-owned business. jOG post: I read about Alloy in the New York Times. I signed up in December. I had a lot of difficulty with the website on my phone (iPhone 13). I appreciate that they are getting started. I work at software startups so I get that there are issues. They missed half of my first order. When I wrote them about it, they quickly acknowledged the problem and sent the remaining half. Ok, I thought. They’re trying. No harm, no foul. When it came time to renew, I messaged the doctor. This time, I had a totally different doctor than I had three months prior. The doctor and I agreed to change my prescription. He advised me to take two of what I had remaining until my new script arrived. When I got the next shipment—it was at the old prescribed dosage. And it was once again missing the other non-prescription product. When I emailed Support, they said they could only offer me a credit on my account for half the cost of the script. Unfortunately, there’s no way for me to re-order the script so I can get to the right dose. AND, the credit they offered doesn’t actually offset the total cost to me of ordering the new. As much as I want them to succeed because they are meeting a real need, they are not ready to be providing actual health care

I would really like to see this company succeed because they are open to prescribing HRT when many doctors still are not. I was first prescribed the Sandoz patch which worked beautifully and got rid of the muscle aches and pain and fatigue I had experienced for the last 5 years. But unfortunately their Pharmacy made a decision to instead carry Dottie. Dottie did not work for me and I reverted back to pre-medication physical symptoms. I made the decision to leave after 5 months of Dottie not working for me. The previous 6 months I had been on Sandoz which worked like a dream. I found another online menopausal company that has somewhat superior customer service to prescribe sandoz brand. I also have more frequent dialogue with the doctors. I hope my alloy will consider switching back to Sandoz. I want to see them succeed because they are advocating for women's rights and Women's Health. I have now learned that Dottie has horrible reviews for efficacy on drugs.com. Dottie was so bad that I actually kept my boxes because I was sure that there was a recall and quality control issue, and I'm a nurse, but there has not yet been any recalls. If you're interested in my alloy, they may have gone back to the Sandoz option, so please contact them instead of being dissuaded by this review.
