Ordering was easy; timely. I like the estrogen product that I'm using.

I've attended two seminars with Alloy staff doctors, and both of them seemed very knowledgeable about their subjects. I've been very happy with the ease of communication with a doctor, the ease of ordering and receiving my HRT, and the follow up e-mails and messages I've received to check on my progress. I prefer this model to the current process of waiting 3+ months just to be able to meet with my physician, only to receive no more personal or better care. I can actually make more contact more easily with Alloy if I need input, plus the convenience of in home product ordering and delivery. The only drawback I see is that Alloy doesn't take health insurance. But for me, it's still worth it.

So far, I am thrilled!! 1) It's nice to finally have MD's taking Menopause and our complaints seriously and ADVOCATING for us to be listened to, and then to PROVIDE relief!! 2) I'm happy there is an alternative to antiquated/Uneducated family Medical Doctors and older GYN's who say "No" to HRT immediately due to a distant family history of breast CA. 3) It's reassuring to have my assigned MD available for questions when they arise. Just log in and send your question. 4) The BEST part is already feeling better and having some relief!!! For almost 2 years my complaints of poor sleep, joint pain, hair falling out etc have been basically blown off as typical "signs of aging" Here I am 3 weeks into HRT and I'm already sleeping better and feeling better! So Thankful!!

I waited 30 days to give my honest feedback. I'm in my 40s in perimenopause. What I have experienced from my treatment (within the first 2 weeks) and have continued to experience are: my energy has returned, the soreness in my joints is gone, I am sleeping all night, night sweats are gone, my period was light and short, my libido is back and I have had zero acne since I started treatment. I actually had zero PMS symptoms this month. My alloy physician was prompt to answer my concerns and I received a treatment plan within 24 hours of my initial contact and my medication arrived right away. My life is back!
