The account set-up was easy and I got a very fast response from the doctor that viewed my health information. The recommendations were clear and the products arrived quickly. The only downside is that I cannot get my prescriptions covered by my health insurance through Alloy. If they add the option to input health insurance policies I’d give them 10 out of 5 stars. ;)

I am enjoying the Trentonin and estradiol face products. I feel like my skin is brighter and better hydrated.

Customer service is good. I was hoping to have a more aggressive plan to tackle my symptoms.

Since I started with Alloy, some of the communication has been slow - that's the only downside. Questions are asked by the MD that should be found in my chart/questionnaire, instead, it delays the conversation another 48+ hours - this has happened more than once. Prescriptions offered seem appropriate with current research, and staff are helpful. Delivery is pretty quick, too. For living in a state with very limited resources, Alloy is a great alternative.

Getting the prescription was easy and shipping was fast. Four stars only because I wanted to order a second product after receiving my first one, the website said it was discounted but when I went to chk out it was full price. Turns out the products have to be ordered together in the same transaction to get the discount. Maybe a promo code that comes with the first order would be a good idea, that way it can be used at anytime, not just when ordering something else.

My shopping experience was great. However, I’m still trying to experience the actual effectiveness of this product, after only one month. I have read nothing but positive reviews about Alloy, so my expectations are positive.

The doctor has been GREAT. It took over a week to get my first order, though. Also, please offer progesterone in lower doses than just 100mg. Not everyone needs 100mg. Some are very sensitive.
