I was able to choose my shipping date. I was able to track the shipping over two days. I was able to see when it was "out for delivery." And I was able to time it just right so I could be home to receive it and refrigerate the contents. I appreciate the doctor messaging feature offered. I feel "heard." I travel for work and live in warm Hawaii, so delivery of my temperature controlled order has to be timed perfectly.
