Wish I could give 0 stars because this company charged my credit card without my consent. I ordered cream in hopes that the cream would help. Not only did the cream do anything to help with symptoms they also enrolled me on a subscription without my permission. Buyer beware do not use this company

Beware! Extremely disappointed in the response time from Dr. Judith Berreio. After 3 applications I developed a severe UTI. I contacted the Doctor to see if she would write a prescription for an antibiotic. Crickets for over 4 days. I TRIED TO CALL numerous times only to be meet with excuses of be patient she has 24 to 48 hours to respond she is very busy. I was in extreme pain. By the 5th day Dr. Barreio said seek medical attention elsewhere she is not licensed to write a prescription. What is the point of ordering from this company if they can't take care of a customer that has a problem. All said and done I seeked help from my telemedicine Doctor got the prescription and am fully recovered. I started a new prescription with a real Doctor that can assist me if I run into medical issues. So be aware you won't get medical support whatsoever from this company if you run into a problem you are better off ordering this Estradiol from telemedicine so you can get the medical support you need. ALLOY IS EXPENSIVE. You can find this elsewhere. They will not transfer your prescription like a real Doctor would if you are unhappy with their service.

Obviously didn’t read my info. Recommended estradiol for dryness and atrophy to “help with my menopausal symptoms”…I’m not going through menopause nor do I have those issues

I answered a questionnaire, decided not to proceed with expensive treatments and they still took my money ! Customer support is no help either !

I filled out the questionnaire paid the $49.00 and everything went through. The Dr. informed me she could not read my questionnaire and that I needed to contact their tech support. I sent their tech support four emails and never heard anything from them. Luckily I found a number and I sent a text to get my money back they actually answered the text and refunded me. I felt like this was a scam when they would not respond via email. I will not use these folks at all if you do be very cautious.

Knowing very little about HRT and its pricing, I chose Alloy. They don’t tell you upfront that what you will actually be paying for is 3 months of prescriptions, and that you will grossly overpay for all of it. Don’t even think about transferring your RX to get a better deal, it will just cause you a big headache and won’t happen anyway. They responded to an email in a way I didn’t appreciate either. WAY overpriced. Wish there was a company with women’s actual best interests in mind. Too much to ask.

I went above and beyond in making sure with Alloy that the M4 face cream would not impact my hormone levels. They completely reassured me that it was not systemic. Let me just tell you, it rocked my whole body. Within a couple of weeks, I had hot flashes, severe bloating and nausea and gas, Body pain, anxiety, depression and irritability….. all of the telltale signs of high estrogen. I am postmenopausal and have not dealt with high estrogen in years so it is very easy to identify. I stopped the cream 48 hours ago and I’m already feeling better. M4 is without a doubt systemic, even though they say it’s not. I sadly had to throw it in the garbage.

Can not recommend. Terrible experience with provider.
