Communication with doctor supposed to be included - it’s not!
I liked that a doctors was actually looking at what I sent in and wrote a prescription. I like that the medicines were sent in a timely manner. I did not like that, when I had questions about my response to medications, I contacted but never received a reply from the doctor. Ongoing contact with the doctor is included as part of buying the medication on this site. There was zero communication back from the doctor.

I like to use “clean” products on my…
I like to use “clean” products on my skin. I do not know why the estriole is compounded with creams that have questionable ingredients. I asked a compounding pharmacy and they said they can compound estriole with a carrier that I would be happy with.

I’m just not seen any progress
I’m just not seen any progress. County calories is counting fat, counting carbs bacon getting over 100 g of protein each day. With all this, my weight has not changed.

Five stars for the responsiveness and zero for CR
Five stars for the responsiveness and helpfulness of the doctor. Zero stars for horrible customer support. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and slow. The exact opposite of what it’s like dealing with the medical side. So bizarre. As long as you have no non-medical questions that you need help with, the service is great.

I haven’t seen much of a difference
I haven’t seen much of a difference. I did open the second bottle and dispensed one pump and to my surprise, it looks nothing like the other bottle I have been using. Different color and consistency. I am questioning the quality, to say the least.

The new estrogen patches are…
The new estrogen patches are disappointing. They itch my skin and are flimsy. I continue to like your other products & your company, however, and what it stands for.

Empty container in about three weeks!
Less than a month and not sure if I see any results yet as not enough time. Disappointed. I was under the impression it was a three month supply, and it is empty after a few weeks. Much too expensive so I’m going to cancel. Maybe if just used on the face it would last for 3 months. but it’s for body so I want to use it on my body/ thighs, arms back of arms, knees, hands, elbows… The body! Too small of a container for the price.
