The cream, and serum feel really nice and smooth. Just disappointed they did not make a difference for my skin after 9 mos to a year using it. Hopefully it works for someone else.

Paid $50 for someone to text me a list…
Paid $50 for someone to text me a list of things I already knew and my doctor already told me. They will take your money and tell you they can’t help you.
I’m 39 and do not experience hot flashes. Not for early peri menopause needs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry to hear your experience fell short of what you were hoping for. We want you to know that your consultation stays open for 6 weeks, so you can continue messaging your doctor during that time with any additional questions or concerns.
The doctors are here to talk through your specific symptoms and goals, and we'd love the chance to keep that conversation going.
You're also always welcome to reach out to us at [email protected] if there's anything else we can help with.

Exorbitant overcharging and lack of transparent pricing
I paid $175 through Alloy Health for a 5 mL bottle of generic bimatoprost 0.03%, then discovered I could get the same generic medication elsewhere for about $10.
That price difference is outrageous. I understand Alloy includes telehealth and prescribing services, but I did not feel it was remotely clear that I was paying such a massive premium for a very inexpensive generic medication.
Had I known the actual pharmacy cost, I never would have ordered it through Alloy.
Before buying any prescription from Alloy, check the cash price or a prescription discount service first. I wish I had

Alloy is the worst
Alloy is the worst. They are 100% interested in their patients’ money and 0% interested in providing care. The doctors are sales people and the app is impossible to use. Do not waste your money.

Be aware!
I was an Alloy customer for almost two years, despite the relatively high cost of the service. My experience is that Alloy may be a reasonable place to start HRT if you are new to treatment, but I would strongly caution women against assuming that the quality of ongoing care, medication consistency, and customer support will match the premium pricing.
Doctor messaging was inconsistent throughout my membership. Responses were sometimes adequate, but when I developed new symptoms or had concerns about whether my HRT needed adjustment, I repeatedly felt dismissed rather than meaningfully evaluated. In my experience with Dr. Molina, questions about new or worsening symptoms were often not addressed with the level of attention I expected from a service that markets itself around specialized menopause care. I frequently felt unheard.
One of my biggest concerns was medication consistency. When shortages occurred, Alloy could not guarantee that I would continue receiving the same manufacturer of estradiol patches, even after I had been doing well on a specific brand. This matters. FDA approval and equivalent labeled estradiol content do not necessarily mean that every patient will experience every patch exactly the same way. Adhesive, patch construction, absorption characteristics, skin tolerance, and individual response can differ between manufacturers. If a patient is stable and doing well, continuity should be treated as clinically important rather than dismissed as irrelevant.
In my case, concerns about HRT symptoms and adjustments often seemed to receive less attention than unrelated issues such as cholesterol, even though cholesterol was already being managed elsewhere. I joined Alloy specifically for menopause and hormone management. When a patient is reporting new symptoms, worsening symptoms, or a change after a medication substitution, those concerns deserve proper clinical consideration rather than being brushed aside.
Customer service was also extremely disappointing. When patches did not adhere properly to my skin or when a substituted product caused problems rather than helping, I was not offered a meaningful remedy or refund. Instead, I received what felt like formulaic responses blaming medication shortages. From a patient perspective, being charged for medication that cannot be reliably used while being told that nothing can be done is unacceptable.
What made this more frustrating was seeing pricing increase during periods when medication availability and continuity were becoming worse. I cannot speak to Alloy's internal reasons for its pricing decisions, but as a long-term customer, it was difficult to justify paying more while receiving less consistency and support.
I also found Alloy's approach to discounts disappointing. During nearly two years as a paying HRT customer, I was never offered a meaningful loyalty discount on my hormone treatment, even when I specifically asked. Promotions appeared to be directed primarily toward new customers or toward other higher-priced products such as skincare. Long-term HRT customers should not feel less valued than new customers being recruited into the service.
My overall concern is not simply price. It is the combination of premium pricing, inconsistent medication manufacturers, limited accountability when patches do not work properly, dismissive communication regarding symptoms, and inadequate support when treatment becomes unstable.
Women considering Alloy should understand that a convenient online HRT service is not necessarily the same thing as individualized menopause care. If you are doing well on a particular estradiol patch manufacturer, I strongly recommend asking in advance whether Alloy can guarantee that manufacturer, what happens if it becomes unavailable, whether you will be refunded for unusable patches, and how your physician will handle symptoms that arise after a medication substitution.
After almost two years as a customer, I expected continuity, careful symptom management, and stronger advocacy for patients. My experience did not meet those expectations.

I attempted to receive treatment for…
I attempted to receive treatment for perimenopause related symptoms, but because I was 1 year shy of their unstated minimum age - they took my money and refuse to provide a service.
Also the "doctors" use AI responses. They didn't know that a hysterectomy causes lack of period
