Fast and responsive customer

I've been using the face cream and eye cream and it's been amazing for my skin. I just recently added the body cream to help with crepiness on my arms and neck. It was very easy to ask for this to be added to my order.

Absolutely love the M4 products, especially the face serum. I haven’t tried the body cream yet, but I will be. I would love to just dip my whole body into this “magic cream”. It has really been the only product I have tried (and I have spent a fortune looking) that makes my skin feel smooth, moisturized and even a little bit tighter. I truly LOVE this product

My primary care doctor recommended Alloy when my insurance wouldn't pay for my hair regrowth medication. The doctor from Alloy was pleasant and easy to talk to. I plan to use them for medications that my insurance won't cover.

Customer service was quick and helpful and resolved a problem with my order, so five stars for that. The app, however, has been a bit of a pain to use. It doeant always show what it needs to show and sometimes doesn’t “resister” choices. It would be nice if that were improved.

Alloy took my needs seriously and provided products that greatly improved my condition.
