Doctor only sends generic pre recorded messages. I asked a question and was basically told to read about it myself. Which I already did and why I had a question

Not sure. After using M4 for about 4 weeks there are no noticeable improvements. They just posted the results of a study which were good. HOWEVER the study group used 3 pumps daily which is 3X the amount you get with the prescription. Not sure why they wouldn’t either study the product as it’s prescribed or prescribe a higher dose.

My estrone was sent via mail with the temps in the high 90s and the delivery trucks do not have air conditioning. The package itself was very warm when I removed it from my mailbox. I thought that estrogen products should be shipped over ice when shipping to a hot humid climate.

Our pharmacy has assured us that being in hot temps for up to 24 hours is OK. If any of your products have been altered by the heat (IE: capsule melted) we will of course assist in a replacement! Just send our support team an email.

I like how quickly I was able to connect with a doctor. The doctor believed me in a way that my NP and OBGYN did not regarding my symptoms. I wish that my doctor checked on me, rather than me just needing to reach out, and I’m very disappointed that myalloy does not do any testosterone treatment. I don’t know how to get the medicine that I believe I need and no medical professional will listen.

Unhappy experience of delayed shipping. I also tried the birth control pills but stopped them because: 1. They made me nauseous 2. Taking magnesium and chromium supplements helped with the menopause symptoms

My HRT arrived a month late. I was grateful for the quick, professional responses and 100% agreement that I should get a refund but I really needed my refill at least as scheduled, if not "early" as I had been given the option in my refill request (that did not happen - obviously). Part of it was my fault - at the second week mark I was notified I had given a bad address but even still it took another 10 days to ship! I am GRATEFUL that women have access to this life changing choice (if you are middle aged like me you know the medical culture is decades behind on the science/facts and we are suffering) so I hope myalloy.com will be able to keep up with demand. Of all the online vendors, I still choose myalloy.com.
