If I could give zero stars I would. Alloy is not at all transparent with their fees. They tell you about a few fees then BAM your next order has much more added in. Their policy states once you cancel you won’t be charged for any future shipments but that’s a lie, they’ll charge you again trying to get one more huge payment! I will NEVER use Alloy again and I advise you to check out other companies who are transparent & upfront about all fees!

My issue wasn't researched and the customer support representative wasn't knowledgeable on MyAlloy's processes.

Spent $300+ on a 3-month supply of estrogen and progesterone that I can’t use because they made me continuously nauseous with acute kidney pain for the 1st and only week I applied. All symptoms subsided within 24 hours after I stopped using, but no refunds available for the incorrect HRT being prescribed. It’s like gave your company $300 for more physical problems instead of life changing solutions.

Medication has a refill date. Mine said October. I accidentally hit “resubscribe” and was immediately charged $130 for my October order to be ordered and shipped. I messaged Alloy as soon as it happened and they said it had already been shipped out. Hard to believe. They are just about money and not that is good for the client.

Very expensive prices compared to insurance. I knew this going in but there was no personal assessment or answers to questions. I ended up needing to change my prescription and it was so difficult I abandoned my 3 month supply (which they required!) so I could actually get the medical attention I needed. I will try Midi next.

I do not like these products. They hurt my eyes. Nothing used close to the eyes should burn like this.

I would give zero stars if I could. MyAlloy Women’s Health has been the worst experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I paid for my medication and was told it shipped, only to later find out it was returned due to a “bad address” even though they confirmed they had the correct one. I waited an entire week just to get a response, since they don’t even have a phone number you can only text, and replies are slow at best. When they finally responded, they told me I could pay $35 for express shipping and they’d overnight it. I paid immediately. A week later, still nothing. I reached out every single day and got excuse after excuse. Meanwhile, I’ve been without my medication for three weeks. Today they finally text me saying they had given the package to UPS a week ago but it was never scanned in. because they issued me a refund, they told me I’d need to place a new order meaning yet another week without medication. This is absolutely unacceptable for a company in healthcare. The customer service is awful, there’s no accountability, and I’m left without medication I depend on. I’ll be finding another hormone specialist, because this is not a company I can trust with my health.

Scary and unethical guidance from the Alloy Team. The same Dr that tried to place my spouse on antidepressants changed the dosing and pricing of my HRT after years of consistency with a different Dr. When reaching out multiple times to file a formal complaint, or obtain help- it took weeks to connect. The stress, anxiety, and outright scary misinformation provided is not the avenue you’re wanting when you’re coming for hormone regulation! Scary!
