Slow to respond and send to you a local Dr
UPDATE: Company rep reached out and after a long discussion, she offered to switch doctors for me. The new doctor was a game changer! She actually read my communications, reached out with suggestions and let me know when she needed time to think about my treatment. Loved that they had me take a survey with health history. Hated that the doctor who responded gave me information on the medication I was to receive based on the fact I didn't have a uterus. I do and had to point that out to her, she obviously didn't review the survey. Not sure why I paid for the consult if the history wasn't properly reviewed. Medication proticol changed and responses have been slow to side effects I'm experiencing. Her last response was to contact my GYN. Being menopausal, I don't have a GYN anymore and have a 5 week wait to get into one.
